December 2025 – Broadening the Coalition The final month of 2025 saw a critical expansion of the bill’s cosponsorship. Key additions included:
Dec 3: Rep. Emilia Strong Sykes (D-OH-13) and Delegate James Moylan (R-GU) joined the coalition.
Dec 15: Rep. Monica De La Cruz (R-TX-15) and Rep. Jim Costa (D-CA-21) formally signed on, bringing the total number of cosponsors to 31 (15 Republicans and 16 Democrats).
